  1. Send a short message through intake. Within one business day we verify insurance, match you with a clinician you'll stay with, and offer a 45-minute first visit — usually within the same week.

  2. We treat most adult and adolescent psychiatric conditions — mood, anxiety, ADHD, sleep, grief, and cognitive care. If we aren't the right fit, intake will tell you directly and point you toward a clinician who is.

  3. First visits are 45 minutes. Follow-ups are 30 minutes and never rushed — one clinician stays with you across every visit.

  4. Yes. We hold evening and weekend blocks for patients whose weekdays don't allow it. You'll see them in the booking window.

  5. Message your clinician directly through your patient thread. Same-week rescheduling is almost always possible.

  6. We're in-network with most major commercial plans across New York, Medicare, and select Medicare Advantage plans. Intake verifies your benefits before your first visit.

  7. We offer transparent self-pay pricing. Ask intake for the current rate — there are no hidden fees, and you'll know the cost of every visit up front.

  8. You'll receive a secure link a few minutes before your visit. No app, no download — just a browser, a camera, and a private room. Visits are HIPAA-encrypted end to end.

  9. Freely. Your clinician stays the same either way — the format follows what's easiest for your life that week.

  10. Only you and your clinician. Notes are never shared without your written consent — including with family, employers, or primary care.

  11. Yes. Every message lives inside a HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2-audited system. Nothing enters standard email or SMS.

  12. Message your clinician. They'll respond — typically within a few hours — and send the refill to your pharmacy directly. No triage line, no unfamiliar covering clinician.

  13. When clinically appropriate and in accordance with New York State regulations. Your clinician will discuss risk, monitoring, and alternatives openly during your visit.
